立川市の若葉ケヤキモール内にあります、ムッシュイワンというお店です。
(Located in Tachikawa Wakaba Keyaki in the mall, it is a shop called monsieur IVAN.)
食べログでも評判が高かったので来てみました。
(I tried to come because the reputation was high even tabelog.)
ハード系のパンは試食もたくさん並んでました。
(Hard type of bread had lined up a lot of tasting.)
ベーグルもあります。
(There are also bagels.)

菓子パンは、季節ものもありました。
(Pastry was a seasonal thing.)
お昼過ぎの遅めの時間でも、結構商品は並んでいました。
(Even late time of the afternoon, was not quite product side by side.)
購入したものは、枝豆とチーズのベーグル、紅茶とレモンのクリームパン、塩パン、フィグ。
(What was purchased, edamame and cheese bagels, tea and lemon cream bread, salt bread, fig.)
枝豆とチーズのベーグルは、枝豆の食感が良く、存在感があります。
(Edamame and cheese bagels, good texture of green soybeans, there is a presence.)
チーズの風味は弱めで、食感はだいぶソフトです。
(Cheese flavor in the weakened, texture is rather soft.)
ベーグルとしては物足りないけど、パンとしては美味しいです。
(Though unsatisfactory as bagels, it is delicious as bread.)
紅茶とレモンのクリームパンは、紅茶葉を練りこんだ生地にレモンピール入りのカスタードクリームを包み、トップにレモンスライスがトッピングされています。
(Tea and lemon cream bread, wrapped the lemon peel into the custard cream in dough kneaded tea leaves, lemon slice has been topping on top.)
生地は紅茶の風味は弱いけれど、しっとりソフトな食感。
(Although fabric tea flavor is weak, moist soft texture.)
レモンピール入りのカスタードクリームが、レモンの爽やかさでとても美味しかったです。
(Lemon peel into the custard cream, was very delicious in the freshness of lemon.)
塩パンは、塩味は弱いけれどバターがとてもジューシー。
(Salt bread, salty weak but very juicy butter.)
トーストするとより美味しさが増します。
(More taste will increase when you toast.)
フィグは、赤ワイン漬けのいちじくがたっぷり入っています。
(Fig, the figs of red wine pickled have plenty.)
生地も香ばしく、イチジクとの相性抜群でした。
(Fabric is also fragrant, it was great with fig.)
ショッピングモール内にこのクオリティのパン屋さんがあるのは貴重ですね。
(It is valuable for there is a bakery of this quality in the shopping mall.)
カフェも併設されており、この界隈では重宝できるパン屋さんではないでしょうか。

車じゃないと行きにくいかも・・・。
