１２時ちょうどに到着したので、焼きたてのパンが続々と並んでいました。

トマトとチーズのカルツォーネは、焼きたてが並べられたので即買い。

もちもちの生地に、ドライトマトとモッツァレラチーズが包まれています。
(The glutinous rice cake dough, dry tomatoes and mozzarella cheese has been wrapped.)
トマトの酸味とチーズの旨みが絶品。

シンプルだけど生地も美味しいです。
